From sidebar: Leads & Messages → Contacts
The Contacts section is your CRM (Customer Relationship Management) hub. It stores all leads and clients who have interacted with your website, allowing you to track communications, segment audiences, and nurture relationships.
Click "Add Contact" or "New Contact" button
Fill in contact details (name, email, phone)
Add tags or categories for organization
Add notes about the contact's preferences or interests
Save the contact
Click on any contact to:
Categorize contacts with tags like "Hot Lead", "Buyer", "Seller", "Investor"
Filter contacts by tags, date added, or activity level
Quickly find contacts by name, email, or phone number
Sort by date added, last activity, or alphabetically
Export contact lists to CSV for external use
Delete, tag, or export multiple contacts at once
Record property preferences, budget range, and conversation highlights
Keep contact information current and update status as relationships progress
Use tags to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized follow-ups
Only store contact data with consent and honor deletion requests promptly
Set reminders to check in with leads periodically to maintain engagement
