From sidebar: Listings → Labels & Categories
Labels & Categories allows you to customize how properties are classified and described on your website. You can add custom property types, features, amenities, and other attributes specific to your market.
Define categories like:
Add checkboxes for:
Organize areas:
Add special tags:
Select the category type (Property Type, Feature, etc.)
Click "Add New" button
Enter the label name in your default language
Add translations for other languages (if multilingual site)
Save and the option will appear when adding/editing properties
Deleting a category removes it from all properties currently using it. This action cannot be undone.

Apartment, Studio, Penthouse, House, Villa, Townhouse, Duplex, Bungalow

Swimming Pool, Garage, Garden, Balcony, Terrace, Fireplace, Storage Room, Sea View

Office, Retail Space, Warehouse, Restaurant, Hotel, Shopping Center

Parking Spaces, Loading Dock, Security System, Air Conditioning, Elevator, Meeting Rooms

Water Supply, Electricity Connected, Road Access, Planning Permission, Flat Land
If your website supports multiple languages, you can provide translations for all labels and categories.
Tip: Add translations at the same time you create categories to ensure consistency across all languages.
Each category shows input fields for all enabled languages on your site
Labels automatically display in the visitor's selected language
Don't create too many categories - it can overwhelm users and make search filters confusing
Use terminology familiar to your target audience and local market
Use the same categories across all properties for better search functionality
Order categories logically (e.g., by size, popularity, or alphabetically)
Before removing categories, check how many properties use them
