Overview

The Messages section provides a comprehensive archive of all communications between you and your contacts. Unlike the Inbox which focuses on new inquiries, Messages shows the complete history of all interactions.

Using the Messages Archive

Search Messages

Find specific messages by:

Contact name
Property reference
Date range
Message content

Filter Messages

Narrow down results using filters:

  • By Type: Inquiries, viewing requests, general messages
  • By Date: Today, this week, this month, custom range
  • By Status: Replied, pending, archived
  • By Property: Messages related to specific listings
